This countertop convection oven is a stainless steel unit that features nine factory cooking settings in the memory that give not only a wide array of cooking abilities, but a simplified process to getting the heat settings just right regardless of what you’re cooking. The KitchenAid KCO275AQ’s greatest strength by far lies with its baking capabilities, which are second to none. Many owners who review this unit rave that this countertop oven consistently gives them full- sized oven performance in less time and using far less space in the kitchen.

In addition to baking, this countertop convection oven is set up to broil meat to get a result very similar to grilling. The KitchenAid has a 12” capacity on the interior and can actually be set up to cook 2- 12” pizzas at one time. The width and depth of the oven allows you to toast up to six pieces of bread at one time.

This oven comes standard with a full sized crumb tray for easy cleaning, and fully coated non- stick interior to remove messes with ease, a stainless steel wire rack and a non- stick broiling pan. With nine preset cook settings, it’s easy to cook any meal to perfection. The KitchenAid KCO275AQ also has a warm setting that allows reheating or keeping dishes warm until time to serve them. The top of this unit does heat up, which can be convenient for keeping dishes warm or preheating before cooking.

In keeping with the overall simple design, the digital display shows the cook time and temperature. The temperature settings are very easily adjusted by simply turning the knob. Users report extremely even cooking temperatures, resulting in evenly cooked foods and no burns around the edges. Users also report cooking times of two to three times faster than a standard oven.

The KitchenAid KCO275AQ is amongst the higher end of the price range for a countertop convection oven, but still is more affordable than the Breville. Still the KitchenAid outperforms many other top models on the most simple, day to day tasks such as toasting. The easy to read dials and settings ensure this.

On the downside, this unit does not come with an inside light. Know this up front and consider this when placing the unit in your kitchen to ensure you have adequate light in the area where it will be used. The KitchenAid does come with a rack guide that helps users decide on the best rack placement on a wide range of meals and dishes.

Whether your needs are complex or basic from a countertop convection oven, the KitchenAid KCO275AQ will get you exceptional results.
